From North Of Manchester
Leave junction 17 of the M60, follow signs for Manchester (A56). You will see Tesco on the right hand side. Stay on this road for 4 to 5 miles turning left at the Waterloo Road traffic lights. Turn at the first set of traffic lights after having passed a Peugeot and a Lexus dealership on your left.
From South Of Manchester
Head towards Manchester on the M56. This becomes the A5103, Princess Parkway through Hulme. At the first roundabout take the first left onto the Mancunian Way. Stay in the left lane, feeding onto a second roundabout. Take 4th exit to Manchester (A56), stay on this road through the shopping area (Deansgate). The road passes first Manchester Cathedral then the MEN Arena on the right. Turn right off Bury New Road onto Waterloo Road then right onto Derby Street.
