1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2– 4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a separate notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details (if applicable). You may track your shipment directly via the courier’s website.
3. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched, and Cuddles Time is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team at support@cuddlestime.co.uk. We will investigate the matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
